Palmira lets 7,400 sq m of storage and office space in Wiesbaden
Palmira Capital Partners (Palmira), the investment manager specialising in European logistics properties, has let around 7,000 sq m of warehouse space and 400 sq m of offices in Borsigstrasse 15, Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt, to two companies.
One tenant is an IT service provider, which will occupy around 4,500 sq m of warehousing and 400 sq m of offices on a long lease. The other, a family-run SME, has taken some 2,500 sq m of modern storage space.
The property has a very good link to the A66 motorway, the so-called Rhine-Main Expressway.
The deal was brokered by Immolox, Frankfurt.
