Palmira buys DHL Campus Bremen, now exceeds 1 bn EUR of AUM

With its latest acquisition, Palmira Capital Partners (Palmira), the investment manager specialising in logistics and industrial properties, has crossed the threshold of 1 bn Euro of assets under management.

Palmira's 28-strong expert team manages over 50 properties, with a total lettable area of 1.3 million sq m, from its seven offices in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland.

The acquisition of the DHL Campus in Bremen means that Palmira is now one of the largest managers of logistics properties.

The asset at Hüttenstrasse 110, close to the A27 and A281 motorways, provides over 34,750 sq m of logistics space, which is fully let to various DHL subsidiaries.

Palmira was advised by JLL as agent, GSK Stockmann and Partner on legal matters, Drees+Sommer for technical issues and Ambiente in the environmental field.  

Palmira, founded in 2009, covers the whole spectrum of investment in logistics and industrial property, under the leadership of its two managing partners Alexander Hoff and Mathias Leidgeb. Its expertise ranges from developing individual investment strategies, the conceptual design of funds and property acquisition, through to value-maximising management of the individual properties.
