Palmira succeeds in fully letting development near Warsaw
Frankfurt, 21 January 2019 – Palmira Capital Partners (Palmira), one of the leading full-service investment managers of European logistics and industrial property, has concluded two further leases, on a total of around 15,800 square metres, of a development in the Warsaw area. This means that the property, which was jointly developed by Palmira and Panattoni Europe and completed in 2018, is now fully let.
The property, comprising four ultra-modern detached halls, has a total lettable area of 68,700 square metres, only around five percent of which is office space.
One of the new leases is to HOPI, which has secured a further 6,850 square metres of hall space at the site and now occupies some 18,100 square metres in the property. In addition, the ARLGROUP has taken a long lease on a complete hall in the logistics complex, with a total of around 8,900 square metres.
Another tenant of the property is the Raben Group, which occupies around 41,650 square metres of space.
Situated around 30 kilometres to the southwest of the Polish capital, the location is attracting ever-increasing numbers of international companies. Inter-Team GEFCO and H&M are already established in the direct vicinity. The immediate proximity of the A2 motorway, one of the most important in Poland, provides the property with excellent connections to the trunk road network. What's more, Warsaw international airport is only 35 kilometres away.
