Since it was founded, PALMIRA CAPITAL PARTNERS has launched eight investment vehicles in the form of regulated funds and unregulated holdings domiciled in Luxembourg.
All the managed funds have consistently far outstripped their originally forecast returns.

PALMIRA manages assets for over 35 well-known institutional investors, with a range of family offices, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and private equity.
The assets under management totalled 1,8 Mrd Euro as at 31.12.2022.

As an open-end special fund, the pan-European fund is oriented to institutional investors. The fund invests in existing properties and pre-let developments at core locations and in sustainable properties in selected continental European markets. The fund will be actively managed in order to identify selective upside potential for rents and lettings. The return profile is aimed at a maximum IRR rather than stabilized cash on cash returns.
