Palmira Capital Partners (Palmira) has acquired an additional property for Unternehmensimmobilien Club 2 (UIC 2): a commercial park in Dietzenbach, Hesse, near Frankfurt am Main. The vendors are FUCHS Immobilien and SIXTEEN Capital Management. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The industrial park occupies a 14,568-square-metre site at Voltastrasse 5-11 / Max-Planck-Strasse 10-12. It provides around 11,100 sq m of multipurpose industrial accommodation, office and other space. The extensively refurbished and successfully repositioned property is now virtually fully let to an attractive and broadly diversified tenant mix.
Palmira was advised on legal and taxation issues by Dentons, Dusseldorf/Munich, and on the environmental aspects by Nova Ambiente. Technical and ESG consultancy was provided by CBRE, Frankfurt. The transaction was brokered by blackolive advisors gmbh, Frank-furt. KUCERA, Frankfurt, was the vendor's legal and taxation adviser.
