Palmira Capital Partners has acquired another property, in Sosnowiec, southern Poland. The vendor belongs to the group of companies of Bluehouse Property Fund IV L.P. SIF-SICAV. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Sosnowiec Park, is located at Inwestycyjna Street 14, Sosnowiec and was constructed in 2020. Standing on a site of approximately 59 700 square metres, provides a lettable area of around 32,000 square metres. 30,000 square metres of this is warehouse space, with around 2,000 square metres of office. The property is fully let to 5 tenants. This single build-ing asset has flexible layout and can serve both storage and light manufacturing functions. The building was granted an „Excellent” rating in the BREEAM certification system.

Palmira was advised on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction by Dentons, Dusseldorf and Warsaw. Drees & Sommer acted as consultant on technical details. Nova-Ambiente was responsible for environmentally related matters. JLL’s Polish team also acted in an advisory capacity. The vendor side was advised by CMS.
